This initial visit is a 30 to 60 minute consultation.  This meet and greet includes, learning your pets routine, special needs, health concerns, veterinary information, contact information and a review of our service contract.  Key retrieval. 

RATES:  

A visit can be from 20 to 60 minutes depending on your pet's needs, which includes walks, combined with play, feeding, watering, cleaning of litter pan and administering medication if needed while giving them plenty of TLC.   

STANDARD VISIT (20 - 30 Minutes):  $12.00

These visits are ideal for multiple visits each day or for homes with  cats only. 

 DELUXE VISIT (45 - 60 Minutes):  $15.00

These visits are ideal for homes with multiple pets, extra play time, feedings that need to be supervised, and home care.

AT HOME PET SITTING cares not only for your pets by showing them love and attention but we will even care for the little details around your home, i.e. picking up your mail, the newspaper, taking the trash to the curb, watering your house plants, and much more at no additional charge.

Appointment Policy:  At the time of the meet and greet 50% of the fee is due as a deposit with the remainder due upon completion of service.

Key Retrieval/Return Policy:  If the key is retrieved separately from  the meet and greet, a $5.00 charge will be required.  A separate visit to return the key will also require a $5.00 charge.  We prefer to not lock your keys in your home on the final visit just in case a flight is missed, cancelled or you are otherwise detained from returning when anticipated.   Discussion regarding key retrieval and return may be discussed during our meet and greet. 

Cancellation Policy:   Full deposit is returned if the cancellation occurs more than two weeks from the appointment date, if less than two weeks 50% of the deposit will be returned. 

Holiday Policy:  $5.00 is added per visit during the holidays of Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.  Holiday reservations will require payment in full at time of booking.  Due to the high volume of requests for our services during the holidays, it is advisable to book early for any holiday needs. 

Returned Checks:  $25.00 fee for each returned check.
